Which client needs you first
An agency dashboard that opens with "92% healthy" has answered a question nobody asked. The operator's question is singular and specific: of everything I am responsible for, what do I deal with first?
Averages hide the outlier
One critical site among twenty-four healthy ones averages to something reassuring and wrong. Counts survive that compression where percentages do not — one critical, four need attention, twenty healthy tells you where to look; a single percentage does not.
Freshness qualifies every other number
A score verified an hour ago and a score verified last month are not the same fact, even when they are the same number. Evidence age belongs next to every conclusion it qualifies, not in a separate column the eye has to hunt for.
Run this on a site you manage
Public evidence only, no account required — and the result names exactly which facts it established.
